Data licensing & permitted use

Permitted use

• Internal business use by the named users in your organization, for research, prospecting, relationship management, events and planning.
• Exports within the allowance of your plan (on the annual plan, 100 records a month and 1,200 a year), for use inside your own systems such as your CRM.
• Quoting aggregate findings from our public research with attribution to HeyAlbert.
• Using HeyAlbert from inside your AI assistant or agent through an authorized HeyAlbert connector (our MCP server, API or AI-assistant apps), with your own personal key or sign-in, within your plan limits, and never to train or fine-tune AI models on the data. See Authorized HeyAlbert connectors.

Not permitted

• Resale, redistribution, sublicensing or publishing of HeyAlbert data, in whole or in part.
• Building or enriching a competing or derived database, or reconstructing the database by slicing filters or systematic downloading.
• Scraping, crawling, bots, browser extensions or other automated access, or getting around limits. Authorized HeyAlbert connectors are the exception (see above).
• Uploading HeyAlbert data to third-party AI or data tools, other than through an authorized HeyAlbert connector.
• Shared logins: each seat is for one named user.
• Any use covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, including credit, insurance, employment or housing decisions. HeyAlbert is not a consumer reporting agency.

Exports

Exports are CSV files with the columns listed in the data dictionary. Each row keeps its primary source link. See integrations for loading them into a CRM.

Enterprise licensing

Teams that need more seats, larger export allowances or terms set in an order form can ask for an enterprise license. Tell us what you need and we will scope it with you.
