Each HeyAlbert user gets 250 result rows and a daily dossier quota (100 by default) that reset at midnight Eastern; too many requests return HTTP 429 with Retry-After, and a missing or invalid key returns HTTP 401.
Daily limits
Limits apply per user and reset at midnight Eastern time.
| Limit | Value |
|---|---|
| Result rows | 250 a day across search_people, search and recent_signals |
| Dossier opens | A daily quota per key (100 by default). get_dossier, meeting_brief, draft_outreach and fetch each count as one. |
| Dossier bursts | More than 30 dossier opens in 5 minutes returns a tool error with retry_after_seconds |
| Request rate | More than 120 requests a minute per key returns HTTP 429 with a Retry-After header |
| Sign-in and token calls | More than 30 a minute from one IP address returns HTTP 429 |
Connector use counts toward the same plan limits and fair-use caps as the web app. Credit accounts are also charged per call as listed in the tools reference.

- Adults only, children never shown, residence at city level, contact details withheld.
- Every request is logged to your account.
